Join me for my Kettlebell Fitness Course!
If you have done any online classes or individual PT with me you will know that I LOVE kettlebells! Versatile & functional; the kettlebell is one of the greatest pieces of fitness equipment and it allows you to challenge your whole body, develop strength and build your cardiovascular and have fun at the same time!
My new course is designed for those with some experience of using kettlebells but who are looking for a new challenge, want to learn new techniques, want to develop their fitness and enjoy a bloody hard workout!
The course will be made up of pre recorded workshops and I’ve sessions which will be available for catch up on demand, if you miss the live sessions or sign up to the course at a later date.
The course is made up of 3 x 30 min sessions per week for 4 weeks, starting 10th May 2021. However, as mentioned above, all of the sessions will be available for catch up so you can sign up at a later date if you miss the start.
