Description
If you’re new to cycling or returning after a break from the sport then this could be the plan for you!
Our plan for beginners is 16 weeks of progressive training, including interval, tempo, recovery and endurance rides.
Throughout the plan, training intensity is measured with power, heart rate and or perceived exertion so don’t panic about having the latest technology, all you need is a bike, helmet (safety first) and a willingness to give it a go!
By the end of the plan, you should be able to confidently complete a 50 – 80-mile sportive.
