Heather has joined the Steels Fitness team as a retreat Personal Trainer and will run both group and 1 to 1 sessions. She currently works as a Personal Trainer and Health & wellbeing Physiologist for Nuffield Health Medical Centres and is dedicated to achieving the best results for each and everyone of her clients. Heather is passionate about improving her clients physical appearance and overall wellbeing in order to acheive long term results.
As a keen triathlete and duathlete Heather has represented Great Britain at age group events all over the world. She has also competed in Ironman 70.3, endurance sportives and obstacle races and applies her first hand knowledge and experience, combined with her qualifications, to enable her to passionately and confidently provide her clients with acheivable, enjoyable and effective training.
Heather will also be on hand throughout our retreats to offer sports massage to aid and assist recovery.
A huge thank you to Claire. At a time when most people I met were kindly telling me to stop running, after years of pounding the pavement, Claire used her knowledge and expertise to give me a set of personal training sessions that built up my strength and allowed me to train better and smarter, and carry on running. It seemed obvious to share this expertise, talent and skill with other people wanting to improve their fitness and become fitter for their chosen sport. So Steels Fitness was born and I am very pleased to be part of sharing this with others.
