Join me for 30 minutes of high intensity training!
All classes are built around bodyweight exercises and use a variety of timed intervals to test and challenge your whole body. There is, as always, the option to add some additional resistance if you feel that you want it!
Low impact and ‘flat friendly’ options are always available for those who are not too keen on jumping around!
