- 2 x small bananas
- 1 fig
- 1/4 pineapple
- Chia seeds
- 400ml Soya milk
Method
- Break the banana into small pieces and put into your blender
- Add 1 fig
- Chop the pineapple and add to your blender
- Pour in soya milk
- Sprinkle chia seeds
- Blend and Enjoy
