Dairy Free Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small mango (14oz / 400g)
  • 1 cup / 125g blueberries
  • 1/3 cup / 50g muesli
  • 2 cups / 500ml apple juice

Method 

  • Peel and chop the banana
  • Slice and peel the mango
  • Add all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and serve
